Nice welcome when I got to the hotel. They allowed an early check in which was very welcome.
Good location. The district is full of nice coffee places and a few bars. Easy to connect to other parts of the city.
Room was comfortable with lots of space and natural light.

Wow, wow, wow! Where do I begin? I had this hotel on my list of ''where to go" for a while, and it was definitely worth the wait. I was greeted by the staff immediately when I arrived with my taxi; they took my luggage, and the bellboy asked how my trip was. Upon check-in, I was greeted by another friendly face, Lara, from the reception. She was so bubbly, and she made me even more comfortable by speaking to me in my own language. As I arrived in the morning, my room was not ready, so they offered to call me when the room was ready, which they did. I was able to check in way before the check-in time, which was appreciated.
The food was also worth your money; I ordered sweets, tea, and later in the evening, some room service. Every time I opened the door, I was met with a friendly face.
The breakfast spread was spectacular. Again, I ordered it through the room service, and the lovely Greta delivered my food. She was such a delight to see in the morning, and her happy and bubly personality is just what you need in the morning.
Upon checking out, I did have some small feedback regarding the room, and this was immediately taken seriously by the lovely Aylin. She listened to my feedback, which I felt was heard, which was nice!
To be completely honest, my experience cannot be fully translated into this review, as I would be writing a few pages. Overall, the experience was absolutely incredible. You can really sense that the staff who are working at the property love what they do. They make every guest feel special, and everyone is treated like a king or queen. And this is what sets them apart from any other hotel in Berlin.
I had a wonderful stay. The room was big and had a lot of amenities. The food was delicious, and the staff was absolutely wonderful!
This will be my hotel when I travel to Berlin. I will see you guys this year or next year! Until we meet again :)

The apartment was clean, it had almost all the necessary utilities and what I liked most of all was the location. U-Bahn station is right in front of the building. You can also take a nice walk to the Brandenburg Gate and Berlin Cathedral, cause they are 2,3-2,5 km away.
Super cute and modern room in the heart of Berlin. The room was clean and comfortable (just a little small). The bathroom was great. It was modern, had a good shower and had a towel warmer! Location was good. It was close to public transportation and walking distance to a couple of main plazas , the TV tower and the Berlin Cathedral. Brandenburg gate was a bit further out but still walkable. The staff was also super friendly and helpful with our inquires.
