I loved this hotel! It was super cute, but well sized for a european hotel. The breakfast was delicious and substantial. The bar was convenient and well stocked. Check in and out was easy, especially with the no check out needed portion. It was a bit outside of the city center, but it was within walking distance of two street cars, so transit was really easy.
Edited to mention: I forgot to mention the bathroom! It was amazing! Huge, even! I loved it so much, I am using it as a model to renovate my own bathroom at home!!!

The Christmas Market in the plaza was one of the best we visited. Great markets, lighting, an ice rink and Santa flying across the sky. There are some great places to eat there and metro station right there.

It was the most amazing place.
It was the most amazing place. I sat for hours watching the teenagers dancing to all types of music. I loved the shopping experience. The shopping opportunities went on and on. It was one train station away from where I was staying so I went there most days to start off. The night market was awesome. I’ve never seen anything like that before. One of the highlights of travelling all over Europe.

The hotel is in a great location, next to subway and tram lines, surrounded by several restaurants and in walk-in distance from Alexanderplatz. The auto check-in, be it via app or physical terminal, is easy and quick (and also very modern).
Great location really close to Alexanderplatz and a metro stop is across the street. The apartment was really comfortable with quality amenities that made our stay really comfortable.
Amazing hostel, amazing atmosphere, well connected to Alexanderplatz and Tram/Metro. The staff is really great, I was there only for one night but they're all lovely, specially Camila. They let me kill time there because my bus was late and even let me participate in that night's dinner. I would totally go back. The rooms are big, the beds comfortable enough, the patio amazing for hanging out. The bathrooms were clean. For its value, it's a no brainer in Berlin either if you want to do walking or party tourism, or both.
The apartment was quite large with a fully kitted out kitchen and room to really spread out in the bedroom / living room. It is a short walk from a number of food and shopping locations as well as Alexanderplatz.
The hotel is located very close to the airport and has direct connection to Berlin via S-Bahn. It takes around 40 minutes to reach the Alexanderplatz station. The room we had was very clean, and had everything we needed for a short city break. Even though it's close to the airport we didn't feel any noise coming from planes.
The location is amazing, on Alexanderplatz. The room was clean, the breakfast was really good. We also loved the overall design of this hotel. There was a Christmas market right next to the hotel which was also great.
Overall we would definitely come back here and would recommend!
Very nice hotel, clean and comfy rooms. They put Christmas decorations up during our stay, which was also lovely. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of foods and drinks. The location is super convenient- only 10 mins walk to Alexanderplatz station and walking distance from other Berlin attractions.
Well located and very decent hotel, with a really good breakfast offered. Easily accessible area by tram or even on foot to Alexanderplatz, and from there to S-U Bahn network. Several good restaurants in the area. Room was quite spacious, furniture a bit dated but comfortable. Pillows were huge and a bit uncomfortable. Bathrooms were very modern, and everything was extremely clean. Staff were accommodating but not especially friendly. Perfect for short stays, if you don't need to travel too far into Berlin.
Great location on U5. Only a few minutes from Berlin HBF. Convenient access anywhere either walking or using Underground. Great staff at hotel. Very nice breakfast. Other eating options available in nearby Alexanderplatz.
We had a lovely studio apartment on the courtyard side of the hotel. The room was spotless and had almost everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch. The location can’t be beat. The S Bahn Hackescher Markt is steps away. Google Maps doesn’t tell you that there are three streetcar lines (M4,5,6) that are just around the corner to take you to the UBahn at Alexanderplatz. Although we had been told that there might be noise during the day because of construction next door, we didn’t hear anything except if all the windows were open.
