Despite the problems I'm listing below, the staff was very helpful and tried to accommodate our concerns (we got an upgrade to a better room in a peaceful building). The bathroom is beautiful. The architectural vibe was indeed interesting in different corners of the hotel. The sauna/relaxation place is nice. I was happy with the quality of the breakfast (e.g., omelet station and plenty of nice things).

The Christmas Market in the plaza was one of the best we visited. Great markets, lighting, an ice rink and Santa flying across the sky. There are some great places to eat there and metro station right there.

It was the most amazing place.
It was the most amazing place. I sat for hours watching the teenagers dancing to all types of music. I loved the shopping experience. The shopping opportunities went on and on. It was one train station away from where I was staying so I went there most days to start off. The night market was awesome. I’ve never seen anything like that before. One of the highlights of travelling all over Europe.
Modern Facilities, incredible staff. There was one particular girl that did our check-in and check-out who was super helpful ! The Hostel has a great lobby with a nice bar and activities.

Good value, nice communal spaces available all the time, good bar with happy hour, luggage room available, extra facilities on site if needed, space to work downstairs if needed, friendly staff, few mins to Alexanderplatz, underground entrance right beside the hotel, train (to airport) 4-5 mins walk max.

Location is close to Alexanderplatz, but in a good district. Hotel is clean. Breakfast is sufficient and was available from 06:30 on Saturday, we found that very suitable as we had a morning flight.

Amazing hotel, it looks better than the pictures, only one min walk from Alexanderplatz and from train station that comes from the Airport. You can see the tv tower from our window! The staff was amazing, everything was perfect.
The location of the hotel is really good. Just at the Alexanderplatz, from there you can easily reach any neighbourhood you want. Or take trains outside of Berlin as well.
In addition staff is really nice and helpful. They will provide you with all information you need. And hotel room was really clean at all times.
The room was clean, compact but adequate for a couple. The facilities in the room were just about right, fridge, cooking hob and a fold out table. The “Hotel” has local amenities including cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. The M5 tram line in only a minutes walk away, this tram line stops at the Berlin Ringbahn and Alexanderplatz.
A wonderfully well-equipped apartment located close to many of the main sights and attractions of central Berlin. There's an U-Bahn station just metres away and Alexanderplatz is just a few minutes' walk from the front door. The apartment has everything youy could possibly need and is warm and comfortable. Highly recommended!
