I can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel. Beautifully redecorated and new, bedding was so comfortable, and Anna was the best in being so helpful. She anticipated my needs and even helped me carry my bags to my room. This hotel is phenomenal and you won’t be disappointed. Loved the green beans at breakfast !

The vibe, the architecture was amazing. The breakfast had good selection. The room was big and comfy. We enjoyed coffee at cafe pupp which was also great.

It was a very beautiful property and the food was amazing
Excellent location with all the main attractions of Karlovy Vary (Mill Collonade, Jan Becher Museum, etc) and lots of shops and restaurants all at a 10 min walk away. There is even a Lidl supermarket bang in front of the apartment. The apartment itself is very comfortable with all the requisite creature comforts.
Host was very responsive and accomodative of small requests.
