We had a great time at Wellness Hotel Šédý Vlk. The staff were all super friendly, which made our stay extra special. They even surprised us with some bubbles and a cake for my wife's birthday - such a nice touch!
We were excited to try some authentic Czech food, and we were not disappointed. The flavors were amazing and gave us a real taste of Czech cuisine that we'll definitely try to recreate at home.
The hotel's location was perfect, with a stunning view of the Harrachov ski area from our room. Parking was easy, although we weren't thrilled about the parking charge.
The wellness area looked nice, but the lack of proper changing facilities in the spa was a bit inconvenient. The pool was a bit too cold for our liking, as only one of us enjoys a chilly swim.
Overall, the hotel could use a bit of updating, but the friendly staff, delicious food, and great location made up for it. It's a great spot for families with kids learning to ski, although it did get a bit crowded with children at times.
Despite a few minor issues, we would definitely return to Wellness Hotel Šédý Vlk. Thanks for a great stay!

Large variety of food, great coffee in the breakfast, my daughter really loved it when liška Eliška showed up to the dining room and was always looking forward to it.
The animation program for the kids is amazing and my daughters absolutely loved the kid's club and all the activities that were available for them, huge kudos to kid's club team!
