We had a great time at Wellness Hotel Šédý Vlk. The staff were all super friendly, which made our stay extra special. They even surprised us with some bubbles and a cake for my wife's birthday - such a nice touch!
We were excited to try some authentic Czech food, and we were not disappointed. The flavors were amazing and gave us a real taste of Czech cuisine that we'll definitely try to recreate at home.
The hotel's location was perfect, with a stunning view of the Harrachov ski area from our room. Parking was easy, although we weren't thrilled about the parking charge.
The wellness area looked nice, but the lack of proper changing facilities in the spa was a bit inconvenient. The pool was a bit too cold for our liking, as only one of us enjoys a chilly swim.
Overall, the hotel could use a bit of updating, but the friendly staff, delicious food, and great location made up for it. It's a great spot for families with kids learning to ski, although it did get a bit crowded with children at times.
Despite a few minor issues, we would definitely return to Wellness Hotel Šédý Vlk. Thanks for a great stay!

This was our second time in Orea hotel in Harrachov and we truly loved it here. We love that the hotel is family oriented up to the smaller details (kids robes, slippers and blankets with the fox prints are super cute) and we fully enjoyed our stay here, while our kid was fully entertained. The wellness area is great, playroom is wonderful and very exciting for our son, breakfast and dinner very tasty with big selection of foods and kids buffet, in the evening we enjoyed nice cocktails in the lobby bar. Last but not least the nature around is very beautiful. Bonus was that it was snowing during the entire stay, which made it very magical for us and contributed to the overall atmosphere in the winter mountains.
Kudos to the polite staff, who were always very helpful and friendly to the guests! We will definitely come again to Harrachov and we would love to visit any of the other Orea locations.
