this location had AC issue so they moved me to their partner hotel call Sites the hotel was amazing . the room felt like a lovely one bedroom apartment with a balcony, kitchen and stove. The view from the Rooftop pool was amazing. The staff was very pleasant. their Buffet style breakfast was delicious, you had an omelet station and other choices to grab. their natural green juice was great. overall an amazing relocation stay.

I did like the loquetion, but the beds were really small and uncomfortable as well. Not having room service makes it unconvenient for tourists.

This hotel is very close to two of the biggest malls in el Poblado and many restaurants in the area. The best thing about our stay was the staff, they were extremely helpful and gave us a lot of advice. They also put all of our rooms close to each other. Breakfast was delicious and with many options. Rooms were modern and clean. It is also very close to the Olaya Herrera airport which is great if you are taking small regional flights.
