They went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible and addressed any of our concerns swiftly. Staff was very nice and communicative beforehand. They helped arrange pick up even though we were only staying one night and it was at a good price. Our flight arrived late but they arranged for someone to make us a simple but delicious dinner of dumplings, vegetables, and soup. The room was spacious and the bed was the comfiest I slept in during my time in China. The bathroom was also very nice. The view from the rooftop patio was amazing at sunrise! Wish I had more time there.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel was spotless, our room beautifully decorated, perfectly located with stunning views, and the staff were the true highlight.
