Food was not proper and there is not much of a variety. All services are over by 11 except the room service, so not much to do by the night. And tennis courts were like ruins, that was the only reason I booked for this hotel and it was quite disappointing to see a 5-star franchise has these neglected facilities.

I booked Non-smoking, extra large bed with river view. However, the room I was assigned had strong cigarette smell. I couldn’t stand it. But I was told all rooms will smell cigarette due to people smoke in non smoking rooms so they couldn’t find a room for me for more than 3 hours. By the time they found me a room that didn’t smell bad I was exhausted.
