Fabulous staff team with earnestness and enthusiasm to make my birthday a memorable experience. Lots of surprises from Hotel Stagg Lulu, Jin Sha restaurant staff Kristy and Amy. Even cleaning maid Lucy. My heartfelt thanks for all your gifts, souvenirs and in Room decorating

Overlooking the Qiantang River, Four Points by Sheraton Hangzhou, Binjiang provides luxurious and modern rooms with views of the river.

It's a decent property, not very high occupancy, staff also seems on the lower side, had only breakfast, spread was predominantly Asian/ Chinese Although weather in Hangzhou is good , the rooms were stuffy, no ventilation and the airconditioning seems dated or the hotel tries to cut cost, inspite of setting the thermostat at 20 degrees middle of the night the room becomes intolerable hot and then you reset the thermostat , also a lot of noise from inside the AC vent , not so if something was loose or was a rat, Outside the hotel there is a good Indian restaurant and a McDonald's outlet in the same complex, which takes away the eating woes especially for Indians. Was an ok stay, could have a lot more better
