Everything about this hotel. Best hospitality provided by the staff - Snowy and another girl(sorry I forgot your name). They booked for us and arranged the best tours for the JDSM and Shagri-la at very last minute. The staff members speak good English and that really helps us a lot. The accommodation provides self-service free laundry as well. The room is clean, spacious and heating system works well.
Location is very strategic in the ancient town. Please contact the staff upon your arrival so that she can arrange the porter for your luggages.
