Nothing. It is supposed to be a Marriott but is a very poor representative and lacks quality. The service is bad. And It advertises as close to airport but it is at least 20 mins away by taxi.

Everything-smiling incredibly attentive and helpful staff, greeted by executive chef to beautiful abundant breakfast buffet dining area-an actual honeycomb dripping into my tea, Olympic size indoor infinity pool and relaxing lounge area, huge stocked 24 hr. gym, room amenities- smart TV, spa shower, multi ports, espresso maker, super plush bathrobes, highest quality bed linens and varying pillow firmness, remote curtains, heated Toto toilet with pulsating bidet; outdoor zen garden with nary a leaf astray, luxurious lobby lounge, and every area and surface immaculately, pristine clean. The best hotel that I, a world traveler on the road always, have ever stayed in. I have a busy schedule, but stayed an extra night just to enjoy the hotel. Makes similarly starred and far far more expensive hotels in the U.S. seem like 3rd world in comparison.

Shopping and food is accessible. David Plaza is a great place for food in the basement and on the 10th and 11th floor.

The convention center is a new zone of the city, clean and good place than the old zone of town. I've chance to visit some sight seeing places out of Zhengzhou such as Kaiphong, Louyang, Dengfong. Very good experiences of the recreation places!

He helped me since booking our tour to Lungmen until buying items that will be impossible to find in the city without his support! Very attencious and always concerned if we are fine! Tks Peter, I'm pretty sure hotels would be better and would offer better service if they can have more Peters working for them!

Food Food Food. That is what I love in Zhenzhou. Hula Tong soup, Dandan ( I do not know if I spelled that correctly but it is close. lol )noodles and so much more to try. Must visit Longmen Crottoes in Luoyang and try the food and the peony food in that area. Amazing
Everything. Especially the front desk and restaurant staff who were so welcoming, polite, courteous and very helpful, particularly as my luggage did not arrive at the airport, and they helped me get it back in 24 hours. Housekeeping is excellent, with room being cleaned by polite staff every day. I loved this hotel.
Stay was absolutely superb; I’ve tried a few of the 5* hotels in Zhengzhou; this was by far my most enjoyable. The quality and friendliness of the staff, the hotel location and room quality - all exceptional.
