The hotel in general was perfect from start to finish. I came to China Canton Fair and the hotel providing free shuttle makes it really easy to accessible to fair for a first timer like me. In hotel the breakfast options was a lot. It didnt suit me as much but you would definitely have great stuff to eat in their restaurant. The location in general was good, there is literally everything available to the hotel just by walking. Room's are fresh, clean and the hotel workers are really sweet people, always smiling and having a great attitude. Only the thing I didnt like as much was the WIFI sometimes became slow at evenings/nights. Other than I would definitely recommend this hotel. Keep up the good work.

Room and bathroom are spacious and clean. There was plenty of room left after 4 suitcases.
Staff were polite and helpful.
Whatever needed was provided to best of their ability, if english speaking staff didn't pick up they called back to ask for what was needed.
Room cleaning was excellent on some days, good on others.
The reception staff were english speaking.
For canton fair shuttles were provided.
View was nice.
I had a great and comfortable stay.

we went there for canton fair. they provide shuttle service and also snack and hot towel everytime we are back at the hotel which is nice after a long day for us. .

Hotel provides mineral water bottles, clean towels , toothpaste sets and clean room everyday. Bedsheets & towels were new and clean. Staff is friendly. There are many good restaurant, massage shop surround the hotel with walking distance only. Worth the price! Few flows of water bottles in the morning at level 2 is a bonus point!
