Oh, where do I even begin?! This place was fantastic! Honestly, Klara at the front desk was just the sweetest - so welcoming and helpful, she really made us feel like we were at home. And the breakfast? Don't even get me started! It was amazing, with tons of choices, and the lady who looked after us there was an absolute gem. But honestly, everything was great. Our room was spotless, and the view from the restaurant? Wow! Just incredible. Plus, being so close to the ski lift meant we could practically roll out of bed and onto the slopes! If you're looking for somewhere to stay in Unterterzen, you absolutely can't go wrong with Marina Walensee. We loved it!

Just 300 metres from the Maschgenkamm Cable Car, the Cristal Hotel is right next to the slopes and a ski lift of the Tannenboden/Flumserberg Ski Area.

Hotel Cristal was a brilliant place to stay for skiing in Flumserberg. I stayed for the weekend and found the rooms very clean and comfortable with a great shower. Breakfast was ideal before a day on the slopes, and the sauna (extra 15 a day) was even more ideal after the day on the slopes. Shout out to Angela on reception who helped me with suggestions on where to eat as when I stayed the restaurant wasn’t open in the hotel (I think as it was start of season). I’d recommend Restaurant Sennästube or Pizzeria Flumserberg. The hotel was easy to get to (I got the gondola up) and all the staff were very friendly. I hope to return!
