As muslims, There was a prayer rug waiting for us in the room. We were really impressed.

Beautiful hotel, very spacious suite that even included full kitchen. The pool and spa area were the biggest perk, we enjoyed it daily. Very convenient location across from M2 line and only two quick stops from Lausanne train station. Would definitely stay again on a future trip to Lausanne.
The Hôtel de la Paix is located in the heart of Lausanne, enjoying one of the best locations in the city and magnificently overlooking Lake Geneva and the Alps.

The staff were wonderful, so friendly, they upgraded our room and it was lovely
The hotel was perfectly located directly across from the train station. We were only in town for a day and a half, so the proximity to the train station made it easy to get in and out of town. We did a couple of walking tours which didn't take us too far from the centrally located hotel. We also walked to the port and took a boat across the lake to Evian. Again, great location. The room had a lake view and was exceptionally large. Free gym attached to the hotel!! Great price with great ammenities.
The last day of the stay my wife got food poisoning from the lox. We eat the same breakfast with the exception of the lox. She was throwing up on the train 2 hours after breakfast. We went to the hospital for IV treatment.
Hotel was excellent, midway between town and Lac Leman and close to the main train station. Staff were super-helpful (delivered a package directly into our room prior to check-in) and extended our stay by a few hours. Spa was included i cost and did not disappoint.
The location, of course. We chose this hotel b/c we like the Ouchy area by the lake though it is too pricey. The room was as we requested, and the beds were comfy with warm blankets. Being located next to a MIGROS also helps.
Great location. Large apartment. The lady in the retail portion of the development was very helpful. We arrived early and she gave us the instructions on the lock box for the key and which apartment was ours.
It's a real classy hotel, a bit old fashioned well decorated hotel. The room had a good size. Ours also had a balcony overlookung the lake and Mont Blanc. The location is good for Laussane centre (Though, for tourusts, perhaps Laussane centre is not an obvious choice). Getting to the hotel from the train station was harder than expected. It's really close, but takes some climbing. Taking a longer root can make the climbe much easier - so use your navigator's advice with caution.
The location is fantastic right on the Geneva lake and a park a few minutes away, Access to the metro which connect to the railway in ten minutes, buses. The hotel deliver a free transportation pass for bus, metro and trains (distance limited on the train).Possibility to swim in the lake ,children attractions near by. You might board a boat at 7 PM for a diner at St Sulpice or Morges and come back a couple of hours later.
Great location for EPFL / UNIL events, good rooms with new and clean interiors, very friendly staff. EPFL campus offers a decent choice of shopping / eating locations even after hours; special shout out to the burger place next door.
I stayed in the hotel many many times in the past and it had been at least 5 years since I stayed there and I have to admit that the rooms can use a make-over.
The breakfast was outstanding as well as dinner. And a plus of course was the fact that you have the swimming pool available.
