The views from my room and hearing waterfalls and cow bells. Staff were all so welcoming and even made my late arrival easy. Breakfast was great and the restaurant was also very good.

I have to start with the service. I have traveled my fair share, and I have never experienced anyone more attentive and eager to please than Chris. I stayed with my wife and parents. Chris went above and beyond at every turn to ensure we were having the best holiday possible.. Our rooms were spacious, and the balcony views offered everything Switzerland was supposed to be. The views from the hotel were spectacular. You are away from any tourist traffic and steps away from the North Face Trail. Breakfast was solid, and we enjoyed dinner multiple nights during our stay.

Stunning view, very comfortable room! Front desk employees always so helpful with recommendations and if you can’t make breakfast, they’ll send you with a nice bag lunch! Perfect spot to stay if you want to hike anywhere in the valley or either side of it since it’s close to the train, gondolas and trailheads. Such a beautiful place to stay in Mürren! We’ll be back :)

The location was amazing. We had a fantastic view from the balcony. The room was cleaned regularly. The hotel offered breakfast. The lobby had a TV with different live camera views of the different tourist attractions. One of the staff gave us options of activities to do during our stay. Accessible bathrooms at the lobby area that were always cleaned. The hotel had a restaurant.
