Hotel staff met us at the train station and helped with luggage- pleasant surprise. Comfortable room, great breakfast and dinner. Spa facilities were quite good. Great location- close to everything.

We loved this hotel and will come back whenever we come to Wengen. The rooms were very comfortable with great views of the alps from the balcony, the service was impeccable, the breakfast was amazing, and the location perfect.
