The staff really make the stay exceptional. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. The food was delicious and we are so happy we went for the half board option. They catered to my dietary requirements. The views were amazing and the location is so close to the train station/centre/cable-car. Fabulous. We could also borrow sledges, hiking poles and crampons for the snow which was great.

The hotel staff were nice and accommodating. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was more than sufficient and tasty. Janka in particular was very kind and allowed us to be flexible in the time we needed to be dropped off at the train station.
One thing to note is that the hotel is a 10 minute slightly uphill walk from the Wengen train station so coordinate with the hotel early for pick up.
