Walking distance from the center of Montana village, but in a quite place. I liked the view on the forest from the window and I liked that the window look at the shadow side.
Amazing views. Excellent food in the restaurant. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Bathroom had everything you could need and more! Secure lock up for bicycles, which they kindly let me use for my motorbike. The place has a luxurious ambience - a request by a fellow traveller for a chair for her LV handbag was fulfilled, no questions asked. But as a biker, I found the hotel equally friendly and accommodating.
I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the self-check-in process made everything so easy. The kitchen had everything I needed, and I loved having access to the backyard—it was such a nice touch. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay!
The lady who works for the owner met us at the apartment - WhatsApp connection - so we could enter easily. We liked the decoration, the place was cozy and warm, the kitchen was well equipped and spacious enough. We liked the separate bathrooms for parents and kids. Even though the apartment is located on the outskirts of Crans, it was better this way because we could easily park at the property, which is not the case in the crowded town.
The hotel has a very good location and the bus stop is just in front of it. The staff were very friendly and they helped me a lot by answering my questions about the area and how to go to certain places. The room was as expected and the pictures on booking.com are just a perfect example of what you are going to get. The prices of this hotel were one of the best prices in Crans Montana. The breakfast was included so in general I liked my stay at Alaïa Lodge and I recommend staying there.
The apartment was amazing! it's huge, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable.
There's an awesome swimming pool in the basement with a Jacuzzi and a Sauna.
It's the perfect place to spend a family vacation in the mountains.

We stayed in the apartment with our children and spent wonderful 5 days there. We felt like at home, in the apartment we found everything that made our stay comfortable and moreover there were some toys for the kids. The house surroundings are very calm. We would definitely recommend spending a holiday in this place.
Great place, fantastic view, comfortable apartment, free parking, lots of place to park. Silent and quick lift. No wifi, but that was known. We met owners, very nice people, but the key was in the locked box, so you don't have to bother them with the late arrival. Hot water, bath tube, all was very clean. Very nice balcony overlooking the Alps. Good place to stay, when you like driving up and down, but that's Switzerland. We'll be happy to go back one day.
The Crans Montana Youth Hostel was a great place to stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was all freshly prepared and really tasty both at breakfast and the evening meals. The views from the balconied rooms were just stunning.
Very sunny aspect too.
Good to see the hosteling experience working so well for so many people of all ages and nationalities.
Free bus service every twenty minutes to the main gondola stations from the main road below the hostel. Ski lockers and secure luggage lockers also readily accessible.
