On the last day of my stay at the hotel, I visited the pool in the morning and since the heated towel rail in the bathroom did not work (for some reason the heated towel rail is in the wet area of ​​the shower! And due to the fact that we had to leave the room before 12 noon, we were in a hurry and I forgot it on the table near the sink. The next day, early in the morning, I wrote to the hotel by 2 emails and also contacted Booking.com so that they would contact the hotel directly by phone! Unfortunately, no result! I wrote several times and said that I would pay for any type of delivery and even sent a photo of a swimsuit, since it was quite expensive, but the answer came a couple of days later in the form of a standard unsubscribe. “They didn’t find anything and they’re very sorry!” Dear hotel hiring managers, carefully check who you are hiring. The swimsuit is not a needle and it could not get lost in the folds of the towel. Therefore, there is only one conclusion - This is NOT ACCEPTABLE, especially for the price that your clients pay you! the hotel does not correspond to 4 or even 3 stars. The cost of the room exceeds 400 euros per night, but the hotel will not return your forgotten items! What terrible service!

Отель располагался рядом с магазинами, ресторанами, кафе. Был красивый вид через балкон. Был рядом с горами, и был автобус, который был бесплатный, и отель нам дал скидочный ваучер 20%, которым мы пользовались по канатным дорогам. Была рядом детская площадка.

Отель на высшем уровне во всех отношениях. Не дёшево, но оно того стоит. Отличный паркинг на территории отеля. Помощь сотрудников по навигации всех достопримечательностей в Гриндельвальде и окраине.
