Everything about the experience was incredible. It was a relaxing and peaceful experience with gorgeous views in a quiet mountain village. It was all beyond expectations. I didn't have much time to spend, but it was all enough to provide a proper reset.

Very hold location, too expensive compared to the bad services offered, the skilifts every day have problems, places in total decay, there aren't a good organization, better to choose other locations.

The flat is very nice, very clean and well equipped. The pictures on booking are actually outdated, because there is laminate floor, not carpet, which was a nice surprise. We did not meet the host, but communication was easy and we had clear instructions for check in and check out.
Convenient location, about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Crans-Montana. Very close to a bus stop, but the bus only runs till just after 18:00 in the evening.

Our stay was absolutely lovely. Our hosts were friendly and very accommodating. Facilities were very nice, modern, clean and easy to use. The view from the room was great, the hammock on the balcony was a great way to absorb some winter sunshine. Proximity to Crans-Montana is very good and it was easy to spend the day snowshoeing and enjoying nature.
The location of the property is in good walking distance to a lot of places of interest in Crans-Montana. I had booked a bunk bed(6 in a room) because it was the only option available. But I was able to upgrade to a private room the next day from the property when a room became available. The room was clean and the view from my room which was on the second floor was amazing.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and cosy. The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the center of Crans-Montana, with easy access to the ski lift and all shops and restaurants.

The hotel is at the center of Crans-Montana just 5 minutes walk distance from the cable car and in a very calm location. My room was exceptionally big with a large balcony and a beautiful view. The staff was super helpful, friendly and efficient and the service overall excellent!

I liked the location of this spacious apartment, Crans-Montana town is walking distance. The modern decor of the apartment, the large bath and separate shower.
