This is a great space. Very large and comfortable, right on the main street (not a problem). As the name implies, this is a winegrowers attic studio. There was a full array of his products available. I feel that we missed out on a lot because we didn't take up the host's offer of a vineyard tour and fondue tasting, but it didn't fit into our schedule.
We were lucky enough to be there on the last day of school when all the grade school kids dressed up and paraded down the street right in front of our place. Tremendous stuff.
We were hiking he Via Francigena. I was a little sick so we asked our host if he knew of anyone who could transport our backpacks to our next destination. He volunteered his son for a very reasonable price. Just another example of how helpful he was, and it made the next day's hike much easier.
Location is close to the train station and public car park. Also it's just a short walk to the Parc Vapeur and Aquaparc. The view from the terrace across the village and the lake was exceptional. Staff was friendly and helpful.
