Great location, walkable to village and lifts. They also offer a shuttle. Comfortable and spacious room - appreciated the balcony, fireplace, and kitchenette. Comfortable bed and pillows, lots of storage space with the shelves. Hot tub and sauna were very nice. Nice staff and super pet friendly hotel.

It‘s located in the heart of Whistler Village, literally 90 seconds on foot from the ski lift! Also the pool, hot tub and sauna were really nice, especially in the winter when it’s so cold outside. Also, we were offered parking by the hotel upon check-in, but the staff were kind enough to inform us about other overnight parking options in the village which were much cheaper. That‘s kind of them!
Hotel located in Whistler Village. Very clean. Restaurants, stores and places of interest within walking distance. Room had a mini kitchen with all the basic utensils. The kitchenette was very useful in preparing basic meals.
The room also had a balcony with place to sit down and enjoy.

Staff: They provided us the needed information prior to our arrival, met our travel needs, and checked in with us throughout our stay and departure. Staff made it a SUPERB tirp to Whistler.
Location: Perectly situated in the main part of Whistler Village, where you are just steps away from the lifts, gondola, restaurants, shopping, and in the heart of Whistler Village Stroll.
It's located downtown, so pretty close to the shopping area and 10 min walk away from the Whistler Village Gondola. The entire room and equipment were well-maintained and very clean. I enjoyed the coffee that I can make with a coffee machine in your room.
Since we came to Whistler to snowboard, we used the storage at the hotel multiple times to leave and pick up our stuff before and after our stay, and they were very kind to let us do so.
Staff were exceedingly lovely and receptive to any request. The amenities and on-site food and drink options are top notch. Location in the Upper Village is great for those who don't need to be in the heart of the action in Whistler Village; love being able to walk right out of the hotel and up the mountain.
