The location near the river is good. Also we like being able to walk to the Forks and the museum of human rights.. The restaurant Cibo is just steps away and we enjoy it although we wish that it still served breakfast.

The room was dated and the couch was dirty. Advert said suite can fit 6 adults but my family of 6 (with 4 kids) could hardly fit. We had to immediately book an extra room for the night! The bathrooms could be cleaner. Under the bed in the main bedroom was not clean when we arrived. House-keeping came while we were there and still didn't clean under the bed. Buffet breakfast was meh.
