The rooms are absolutely stunningly beautiful. Sexy and elegant – lots of marble. Beautiful colour palette. The beds are uber comfy. All the touches like the little maple toffees and the Madelines upon arrival: all spectacular . They raise the service bar extremely high— every staff member I dealt with was professional, capable, and customer-service oriented.

rooms great location great and the concierge was the best
Excellent location especially if you events to go to at Rogers Centre, Scotiabank Centre as they are within walking distance. Condo has all amenities you need for a comfortable stay. We stayed 5 nights. Host is excellent.
The location is walkable close to Union Station, CN Tower, Scotiabank Arena and Rogers Centre. It was less expensive than nearby hotels. It served the purposes of a place to sleep at night. It just barely matches some of the pictures. There's isn't a lot to recommend.
Location was perfect for us. Only a 1 block walk to Scotiabank Arena for an ELO concert. We were upgraded at the last minute to the 48th floor with a fabulous view and more bedrooms. The apartment was very nice. It more than met our needs. There was a balcony with 4 chairs to enjoy the view of the water which was stunning.
We liked that it was really close by the Scotiabank. We went for a concert. It was also within walking distance to the harbor in the hockey Hall of Fame. We absolutely loved our waiter that we had in the hotel restaurant. He was amazing!
The hotel is right across the street from Union Station, and a short subway ride from Pearson Airport. Nearby venues such as Scotiabank Arena St. Lawrence Market, & the CN Tower are within walking distance. Gold Experience breakfast was wonderful. Scrambled eggs that weren't overcooked. Eggs Benedict with runny yolks (just how my wife loves them). Bacon, breakfast sausages, potatoes, and a selection of juices. The same room has desserts & drinks available in the evening.
The location was excellent! It was very centrally located within short walking distance of Scotiabank Arena, Rogers Centre, CN Tower, St. Lawrence Market, & the Distillery District. The apartment was spacious, well air conditioned, and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were easy with timely & clear communication from the host.
I liked the perfect location in the center of town. It was only 5 stops away on the TTC from the Scotiabank Arena and the Bus Station. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. It is the only hotel with breakfast included that will actually make hot sandwiches for you. Excellent choices for breakfast. The room was decent.
Great location. Just a few blocks from Union Station, ScotiaBank Centre and Roger’s Centre. Nice view of downtown and partially of the lake. Cost is significantly less than most downtown hotels.
Clean, up to date furnishings. The bed was super comfy, one of the best hotel sleeps I’ve had in a long time. It was conveniently located to Scotiabank area and union station, which made it easy to get to where I was going. Also, the station, venue, and a grocery store are all connected. If the weather had been terrible, we could have stayed inside.
