Rooms were not properly cleaned. Bed frame has the sharp metal popping out, it was unsafe and it injured daughter's leg. On request, they did change the room but over all very bad experience.

My wife arrived one day early as I was on a business trip and arrived the day after.
My wife arrived at 11pm on 24th September and could check in because she did not have a credit card . After 18 hours of travelling, she was kept in the lobby for the whole night without even offering a warm drink until I arrived the next day. On the 25th.
Despite I paid for the booking in advance and in full, they refused to check her in. Then I received a call from my wife at 11:45 pm, and I explained the situation to the hotel. The night duty manager refused to check in, and she was extremely rude and acted unprofessionally .
I hope booking.com takes matters seriously and makes sure customers are receiving a quality service, not abused.
