Great location. Walkable. Clean. Fashionable design. Plenty coffee pots and bottles of water for free. L’Occitane toiletries (the verveine line too which is my favourite). Roomy bathroom. Helpful, amicable (and good-looking) staff. GREAT value for money. FINALLY one reasonably charged hotel in Downtown Vancouver. Lindt chocolate store downstairs in case you need to grab a gift for a friend real fast. Cafes nearby. Oh and HEATED BATHROOM FLOOR!! (The Illy coffee is great, the machine not so much. The round handle on the Illy mug is so unpractical.)

Gem of a hotel in Lonsdale Quay, steps from the ocean, shopping, restaurants,Market, breweries, trails, hiking. Lots of activities at your doorstep. North Vancouver has so much to offer. “Provisions” restaurant in their lobby offers impeccable friendly service and extremely creative tasty menu. Shall return soon!
Our room was as nice as was advertised with a partial view of the harbor, and easy walking distance to the pier and to Lonsdale Quay. The bed was comfortable with nice bedding, and the shower was very good.
Location is amazing in the Lower Lonsdale Quay area. Ocean side rooms have distinct advantages; city & water views, a small porch, sounds and quiet at night compared to street side. You can walk to so much.
The staff were terrific. The location is perfect in the Lonsdale Quay in North Vancouver. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Our room had a great view out over the Burrard Inlet.
The hotel has an excellent location overlooking the Vancouver harbour with lots to see from its windows. It was also very close to the Sea Bus terminal and the bus terminal. The Lonsdale Quay below the hotel is an interesting place with lots of food options.
This hotel is in a fabulous location just steps from the Lonsdale Quay. It was comfortable and clean and the pool was huge. Comfy beds, modern style and nice views
The hotel is in an excellent location. Just a few steps from the Seabus terminal and the Lonsdale Quay mall and markets. The hotel itself was quiet…that may have been partly because there didn’t seem to be many guests staying there. The rooms were clean.
