Always great to visit, but I find it's getting very expensive now. Again, a trip to the top and dinner in the rotating restaurant is a must for any Canadian, let alone visitors. The view is beyond compare. If you have a strong heart, hanging off the edge is something different. If you're an aviation buff, watching the Canadian International Air Show on Labour Day weekend, from the tower, is a whole new perspective on the skills of the performers. Can't look down on The Snowbirds from anywhere else!! I've done this three times, and it really is an experience! This place never gets old.

The views from the revolving restaurant are fabulous!
The views from the revolving restaurant are fabulous! I am gluten free, so had a limited menu me to be honest. Restaurant is very expensive with a minimum spend per person of around $75.00, do be prepared to spend a small fortune for dinner if you visit. Food was OK, I would not say it blew us away and we did not eat most of it due to our meal being far too rich for our palettes. Staff are fantastic!

If you've made a reservation for the 360 the restaurant just get into the regular line not the tour line and tell the staff member you have a location, show them on your phone and then go through the security process and follow the staff members promts. Saves time so your not late for your reservation if your in the right line

First of all, the location of this hotel is just down the street from the CN Tower and across the street from the subway station with underground walkways that connect the two. We had our room upgraded for free and because I had requested a little note saying "welcome home" to my friend that hadn't been home to Toronto in over 10 years, they left some very unexpected treats in our room along with that note. We were very touched by the gesture and generosity.
Great location to walk to CN tower, museums etc
Room quite spacious for a downtown hotel. Of course, I compare with Manhattan hotels which are the worse but still
Self-parking was not too bad
(1) The host service was excellent. My questions were always answered promptly, I was able to het through via phone call when needed, the host helped us with parking and getting into the suite. (2) The location was great. So close to CN Tower and other attractions. The downside was that it was right next to the Gardiner, so constant traffic sound. (3) Price was unbeatable, given hotels were $400+. (4) Beds were good quality (relatively firm, which is our preference). (5) The kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes, pots, etc.
We loved this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. The suite we booked was spacious and we loved the heated floors in the bathroom. It was so convenient for Rogers Centre and the CN Tower. Whenever we return to Toronto, we will undoubtedly stay here again.
I loved that the property is so modern and has a beautiful and unobstructed view of downtown Toronto especially the CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Aquarium of Canada and much more! The host, Mahsa, was so warm, friendly and very accommodating.
This was hands down the best stay I’ve ever had in Toronto. The apartment was gorgeous, with upscale furnishings and an amazing view of the CN Tower that made the stay feel extra special. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. Plus, the location was perfect with everything we wanted, from great restaurants to attractions, was just a short walk away. It really couldn’t have been better!
The location is walkable close to Union Station, CN Tower, Scotiabank Arena and Rogers Centre. It was less expensive than nearby hotels. It served the purposes of a place to sleep at night. It just barely matches some of the pictures. There's isn't a lot to recommend.
Fantastic 2BD apartment on the 14th with floor to ceiling windows that directly look out at the CN tower. Kitchen was fully equipped as well. The waterfront was within easy walking distance, as well as a bus stop, coffee shop and restaurants. Entire checkin-chrckout process was easy and well documented. The owner checked in by message everyday.
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Everything was clean!!! The hotel was right at the stadium and steps away from the Aquarium and CN Tower. Easy walk to the Hockey Hall of Fame, Union Station, and many Restaurants/Bars.
