From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like special guests. We were heartedly welcomed; the spa, parking, and dining facilities were explained; and the room location was pinpointed. Our room more than met our expectations- we had been traveling for three weeks-staying at highly rated hotels and the Sterling Inn and Spa was by far the nicest one we stayed. I highly recommend it- nice furnishings, special touches (candles and rose petals), a professional and kind staff, extra clean rooms, and a lovely meal.

Very clean & comfortable. We had a high room that overlooked the river. We could ALMOST see the falls. Fireworks outside our window every night. Fairly close to the falls, but was a hike. Still, would definitely stay here again.

They have made a LOT of improvements. I'm glad they utilized the empty spaces that used to be a food and convenience store areas.
They NEED to bring MORE tour buses to make it more popular than other casinos in the area.
Unfortunately, since Covid- both Casino Niagara AND Fallsview Casino has shut down their "All you Can Eat" Buffets. And Casino Niagara particularly now has a regular restaurant downstairs that is a la carte. The prices are okay.
Travelling from one casino to the other - they DO have a FREE 'mini bus' at Fallsview (new) casino to bring people to Casino Niagara (old casino). Just have your players card ready, just in case bus driver needs to view it.

The location is right in the heart of all the action if that is what you are looking for. Clifton is a block away. Casino Niagara 2 blocks.. The staff are friendly and attentive to your needs. For the price of the room on weekends I would absolutely stay here again. Parking is only 10 dollars for your stay as well.
