The staff was excellent especially the young man that worked afternoon/early evening. My sister stubbed her toe and he offered her bandaids and when I told him I had wine but didn’t like drinking it out of a paper cup he went and got me a wine glass. Excellent customer service. The hot tub was great also

Great location right next to the bow river and town center and Cascade of Time Gardens. Fully stocked and clean communal kitchen and food storage options. Staff were consistently friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was very clean and housekeeping was great
I liked room, location, view from our room and parking. Parking is located on underground of the hotel, and it was very convenient. It took only a few minutes from the hotel to downtown. So it was easy for everything like shopping, lunch and dinner. You can go to Bow River by walking, too. It was less than 10 minutes to Nancy Pauw Bridge, opened in September 2022, by walking, and it has nice view of both of Cascade Mountain and Mt. Rundle!
