Overraskende nok er det faktisk ikke så mye sand å finne på stranden i Armação. Det finnes riktignok enkelte steder hvor du kan bre ut strandhåndkledet og slappe av, men dette er kanskje et enda bedre sted for å bare nyte synet av fiskebåtene som drar til sjøs. I nærheten kan du dessuten se en statue av Brigitte Bardot, som var en rekke ganger på besøk her i 60-årene.
