1. The location was perfect - Walking distance to the bus (No. 38) and tram to reach the centrum. Plenty of eateries around to fulfil different taste buds.
2. The staff at the concierge, reception and housekeeping was professional, polite and helpful. We forgot to ask the name of the lady who cleaned our room on 1st Jan 2025, she cleaned the room exceptionally well and was so good in her approach.
3. The room was perfect with a terrace- It had all the necessary arrangements needed to be comfortable. The rooms are exactly like portrayed in the pictures!

Unfortunately, with the push of commerce, selling of ceap trinkets, etc, the city is ruiningg its biggist star plaza.

The hotel is situated 200 meters from the Brussels Central train station and about 300 from the Grand Place square (Grote Markt plein). The room was spacious and well furnished. The staff were helpful and friendly
I like stopping here it's only a few minutes from brussels central train station less than a minute from the grand place and the staff are always friendly it's a basic hotel but the location is great everything is on your doorstep

Location is amazing, only 5 minutes (450m) to the Grand Place. The bar of the hostel is cute, they offer beer to the people staying. There’s a locker room below which is a plus if you still have time to stay in the city after checkout. The room that I stayed in was with four people and it was like a hotel room not a hostel.

Walking around the city center is easy, start with the Grand Place and from there the Manneken Pis is really close. The surrounding streets are lovely, make sure you discover all of them while you can try many chocolate places and beer bars. If you book a room in the city center you don't even have to spend on public transport too much.
