Very helpful and friendly team, the 70s style decor is so cool and executed beautifully, our room was excellent with a fantastic view, great coffee in the lobby and fantastic rooftop bar with gorgeous views of the city. Will definitely be back. Can’t speak highly enough of the place!

This is a very recently refurbished hotel in a listed property. The work has been completed sensitively and stylishly. Rooms were elegant with lovely finishing touches, bathroom fittings of high quality, coffee machine and kettle in room. Staff were super friendly and made us feel valued. We arrived ahead of schedule hoping to leave our luggage , but our room was ready to occupy without a fuss. Check in was smooth and we had a mini tour of the facilities whilst being helped with our luggage. Refreshments are freely available all day in a comfy relaxation lounge. The place was spotless. Breakfast was superb and far from the usual mix on offer - staff were v welcoming, charming and attentive. Location very close to historic sites. We knew ahead of time that the wellness centre and restaurant would not be ready - it was lovely nevertheless.

Unfortunately, with the push of commerce, selling of ceap trinkets, etc, the city is ruiningg its biggist star plaza.

To enjoy fully please allocate one whole day for the place. I enjoyed the Beer Museum just in the corner of Grand Palace. You must carry a good camera as you may capture a large number of photos. If you are travelling alone, make sure you carry a selfie-stick

If you want to blend in - I can tell you this. People just sit at the Grand Place, there are loads of people sitting on the floor alone and in groups. So, you can do the same, if you want a local experience. :)

Recently stayed here at Augustin hotel in Brussels and everything went well. Nice location , about 10/12 mins walk to Grand Place square and the hotel room was nice and comfortable as well . The twin room was well appointed with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom as well . Overall I would recommend and would definitely stay there again
The instructions (and photographs) made it really easy to access the property.
The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and very well presented and perfectly located, 2 mins walk from Le Grand Place.
It includes air conditioning and the provision of a hairdryer.
The balcony is a lovely addition providing a lovely sunny spot for coffee first thing in the morning.

Fabulous hotel, so clean, very pretty terrace gardens. Extremely nice staff, all of them. Loved the location, it's a 10 minute walk to the area of Grand Place. 20 minutes to all the main shopping.
There is an excellent Thai Restaurant called Better Than Hungry only 50m away as well as a small square with bars and restaurants. Carrefour Express a 5 minute walk.
Everything you need is close by, its worth wandering the streets around the hotel to find bars and restaurants.

Location was STAR! If you are looking for a short stay hotel, this is the best. it is 5 minute walk to Brussels Centraal and Grand Place. It is like a refuge on a highly busy city.
We live not far from Brussels and often spend overnights in the city for concerts and other special events. We loved staying in this hotel. It's right across from Brussels Centraal Train and Metro Station and it's barely a 5-minute walk from the Grand Place, so it's perfectly situated for anyone visiting the city. We had awesome blackout curtains, and despite it being PRIDE weekend / all of the associated partying and parades, our room was cool, comfortable, and quiet. We will definitely be staying here again!
The hotel is a short walk to Grand Place and a good location in general though a good 25 min walk from Brussels Midi. Room was comfortable. Bed was really comfy and ac was essential in the 30 degree plus heat we had.

Breakfast was good for us. Pastries, cereals, toast, baguette, cheese, meats and fruit and of course juice and hot drinks. All kept replenished.
The location is great - close to Brussels Central station and the park and museums near the Palace, and only a 10 minute walk to the famous Grand Place. Nice coffee shops round the corner too! The view from our 4th floor apartment was fab (thank goodness there was a lift though!).
A very spacious apartment to relax in after lots of walking around Brussels.

Walking around the city center is easy, start with the Grand Place and from there the Manneken Pis is really close. The surrounding streets are lovely, make sure you discover all of them while you can try many chocolate places and beer bars. If you book a room in the city center you don't even have to spend on public transport too much.
