The staff was excellent! When we arrived, they greeted us with a small snack and drink and whisked our luggage to our room. We also had an excellent Bosnian dinner at the hotel too. Parking was not a problem, but it was shoulder season. The location was fantastic, just meters away from the Mostar Bridge. There is a river than runs through the property, creating this wonderful calming effect. Highly recommended

The stay was super comfortable, with a supermarket, a large plaza and some eateries across the road. I would rate it a 4 star too!
We loved every bit of our stay, would have been a 10/10 if the location would have been slightly more central. While it’s only a 10 minute drive from old town, the walk is a good 45 minutes. Besides, since taxi’s are usually not available during peak season, you might be in for a bummer. The hotel staff however was very helpful and ensured they someone get us a private taxi (on the meter) to commute.
Overall no regrets at all - we wouldn’t have been able to find a better property at this price closer to Stari Grad.
