Our stay at 50 Filburn Street was very pleasant and good. We had restful sleep on the beds and this place to so close to Scarborough beach! The seaview is wonderful, the view at the 7th floor is absolutely picturesque! We will not hesitate to book this place again if we come by here.

The property was clean, nice. Loved the beach view, it's so accesible to Scarborough beach. The management consistently responds pre booking and during booking very promptly. Would definitely come here again. We're even able to watch the sunset right from the comfort of our own rooms
