The breakfast was amazing. The room service and housekeeping was amazing! The staff and valet were really friendly. The hotel is central to a lot of venues and Perth city central. The restaurants located at the treasury are top rate. Also the venue is close to other amazing restaurants. It is only a bus ride up to Kings Park and a short walk to the Barrack Street Jetty and Elizabeth Quay.

Its the small touches! The staff member attending to the lifts, the funky decor, unpretentious staff. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms were top notch. We had a room with a bath tub, which easily fits two. The QT is a star hotel, priced much better than the most popular competitors. I will definitely stay in their hotels again.

The only issue is when I checked the guy was checking someone in and hein who was on the other counter didn't look up and doing something with envelopes and the guy said the lady will help me. Then she looked up after me standing there for 5 mins. Ask for id and provided. Then she seems couldn't find my booking via a web site. Then doing something. Ask for a king bed and she said it will be $40. Extra. So checked in got 2 single beds. To tired to complain as it was a interconnectioning room. Wasnt happy. Guest service should mention it's a connecting room. This was my 2nd stay at this hotel.

Nightcap at the Belgian Beer Cafe definitely met my expectations for a unique lodging in Center City Perth. It IS located over a popular pub in an old building; but the accommodations are clean and modern. And we slept good with no noise issues (weekday night). A server from the Cafe saw us wandering with our suitcases in the rain and immediately came to help us, getting the "manager" who checked us in with lots of personal attention. We took advantage of the free drinks and discount on pub dinner and were very happy with the environment, food and drink! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The coupons toward breakfast in a neighboring cafe (also a great eating place) covered what we ordered for breakfast. The Nightcap... is walking distance from the Perth train station; but we didn't end up using that mode of transportation. But I would suggest Nightcap as good downtown/train close lodging if you can use the train to visit Perth. Taxis are expensive. Note that Nightcap doesn't have an elevator and you will have to take suitcases up stairs!

Great central Perth location. A short walk to Perth train station, a CAT bus stop out front and a short walk to Elizabeth Quay and other attractions. A cafe out front of the hotel. Several food outlets close by.
All the staff were very helpful and professional. Nice clean rooms, Good view from my room too. Good breakfast and great location. Can just walk to the main Perth train station and various buses available about 400m away at main streets.
Tea and coffee along with bottled water provided in room. Cups and wine glasses also available. Got a delicious cookie at check-in :-). Good WiFi speeds.

Location of the hotel was great! It was very near to the Perth train station and also near the CAT buses which were free bus services to get around the city easily!
Location is really good half a block away from Murray St Mall in central Perth. Across the road is the central Perth train station, so if you want to catch public transport out of Perth, great place to do this from.
