This hotel has an excellent location, within walking distance of all the major sights, including Circular Quay and the Sydney Opera House. The room was small, but clean and modern. Breakfast is not available in the hotel, but there is a Starbucks around the corner. Staff were efficient, helpful and friendly.

We loved our stay at Zara Tower! The room was really spacious, loads of storage, kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything you need to cook and the lounge room was big for relaxing.

It was a great place to stay, and the staff and management were very friendly and helpful. There is an excellent buffet breakfast available in the morning . We took the train to the airport from the museum station, which is just a three minute walk from the hotel. We also ate two meals in the Restaurant called the Song Kitchen Both were excellent. And the bonus is that the proceeds go to YWCA.
We would stay here again if we return to Sydney .

The room is small (micro) but clean, tidy and comfortable with handwash, moisturiser shampoo and conditioner provided in the bathroom.
The location was perfect! Opp museum station and Anzac memorial.
The room was big for the number of guests. The beds were very comfortable. We moved them around to help with the kids.
The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. The bathroom was clean with facilities.
We had our car parked in their car park too and travelled by public transport.
Close to the Museum station, can walk to many attractions including the museum, St Mary's cathedral, gallery and Chinatown. Good size room, comfy bed, friendly staffs and good breakfast which is included in the room rate.
I stayed on the first level and found access to at least 3 bathrooms on that floor very handy. Hot shower was consistent and bed was comfortable. Really liked the blackout privacy curtain and my own powerpoint with shelf to charge things. The Goki app was a great way to securely access the building and room and communicate with staff. The towel deposit was refunded after my stay. Only a 5min walk from Museum station to get a train directly to and from the airport. A very well run, clean and primely located place to stay in Sydney.

The hotel is a great value! It is conveniently located just 5 minutes from the Museum Station. It's very accessible if you're taking the train from the airport. Great check-in experience and was able to check-in early for a small fee (very reasonable). The room was clean with a nice balcony. Staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again.
