The staff Jenny in particular was very helpful when the TV and the DVD player would not work, these were replaced, thank you. But we still could not get other channels like utube and foxtel. The position of this upmarket backpackers is convenient only a short walk to the main street.

Honestly, everything was perfect. The location was amazing, a short walk to the beach, right next to the shops and walking distance to everything. The beach was magical with morning strolls on the beach and afternoon swims. Our room was very comfortable, and cozy and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was quiet, everyone was so friendly and there were many small touches that had great attention to detail. We look forward to coming again!
