Very professionally run. Newly renovated with new beds and fresh linen. Good restaurant attached. Heidi went the extra mile, offering tips for local sightseeing and a load of laundry washed and dried overnight!
She even drove 8 km to London bridge to find us and return my wife’s special pillow thar we forgot. Wow!

The view is great in the morning but it is a bit dark to arrive late at night. The amenities are a bit old though still neat and clean. Parking at the door which is convenient.

Great location with loads of character.
Great location with loads of character. Fabulous view from the balcony off the lounge room of the ocean. Kathy recommended bringing food as there is no local restaurants. Utilised the BBQ, no need to leave the view. Great value with clean facilities, highly recommend.

Excellent access via a car park on northern side of GOR then a pedestrian tunnel to cross safely without interacting with traffic. Toilets and shop situated at car park. Coffee is average and souvenir prices exhirbitant but otherwise a great set up.

We felt very comfortable during our stay.
Beds were so comfortable and the view was amazing. Being so close to the 12 Apostles meant we could could duck down and see the view at different times of the day.
location was lovely, near 12 Apostles. nice open space to roam and for kids to play safely. Just a few minutes drive to the local attractions. Cottage was clean, well appointed with thoughtful extras like picnic basket. Comfortable beds and spacious.
Like the property very much.
Spacious and clean.
During the National holiday of Easter weekend, we stayed at this place without anybody else. Had supper at Port Campbell, about 12 minutes drive, and revisited 12 Apostles again the next day which is 6 miles away.
It'a a spacious villa in a pretty though isolated location.

Just the perfect location for our trip to 12 Apostles. Pity we were too late for the sun set view, will definitely return for it! Also the local travel guide magazine and folder were extremely helpful.
the hosts Neil and Lynn were very friendly and helpful. A beautiful place to stay. breakfast and overall room facilities very good. would highly recommend this place. close to Princeton and start of the 12 apostles.
It was a very comfortable, quaint little cabin with a great view. The location was fantastic, right at the foot of the 12 apostles. Within a 20 minute drive is some of the most beautiful coastline in Australia!!
