Fantastic hotel. The staff we very welcoming and helpful. Spa facilities were excellent and everything was clean and well organised. the rooms were spacious and very quiet. Extremely comfortable beds. Great breakfast! location is fantastic, heart of the musuem quarter and you can be anywhere in Central Vienna in 10min.

Beautiful property full of little touches of creativity. Super clean and the staff were lovely and helpful. From the bedroom to the communal areas, to the gorgeous bar area - it was all perfect.

The location was the best feature. We used Uber if we needed to be somewhere at a specific time. However, because of the location we also walked a lot. It was inly a 20/25 minute walk to the main city.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and functional but a little bit on the small side. There is not a lot of space to hang clothes/ outdoor coats,etc. It can feel a little cramped at times. But it was perfectly adequate for or 3 night stay. We did not have the breakfast option as there are so many cafes close by.
