Room was excellent. Room kettle much appreciated. Lakeside Badehaus restaurant had excellent food and service. Hotel location excellent - on lake, near shops and local cafes. Good leisure facilities. We arrived by train and it was good location from the train station. Also close to the beach and the ship.
The breakfast was okay but not very good and not a huge selection. However you could ask for other things like eggs tea or cafe which were not put out to choose from.

We had a very nice prolonged weekend in the Balance hotel. Staff very fiendly, professional. Rooms spacous, great breakfast - loved salmon and prosecco, which brings all the experience on the higher level. Spa is amazing, big with nice pools (one with seawater). Sauna section is huge with great saunas, views. We will definetely return, as we booked already another stay. Highly recommended!
