Fantastic hotel, perfect location in with tram station very close by and metro even closer. Close to many attractions in a beautiful area of the city centre. Staff at the hotel were amazing, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. Spa facilities are excellent. Hotel was immaculately clean. Breakfast was fantastic, dinner was the best dinner we found during our stay. The hotel is of a very high quality yet refuses to be pretentious.

Bright, comfortable and relaxed restaurant, bar and seating area. We stayed in the Loft Suite (room 701). Having our own private sauna was a luxury. The suite has two terraces, so you get sun at both ends of the day. Picture windows and great views across the city. The little kitchen has all you need (including an induction hob and dishwasher) to cook your own meals (and there is a very good grocery shop less than a minute away). Appreciated having access to Netflix. The gym is extremely well equipped (including resistance bands, free weights, exercise balls, etc). Had a very good evening meal in the restaurant (&Flora).
