The location is perfect, close to the bus stop. If you are taking the train, you will be taking a ferry which stops on the other side of the village probably 7-8 mins walk, a nice walk as you will be passing through the market square and wander down the beautiful street with the view of the houses. The room itself was well prepared, clean and tidy and just as you walk in, you can already appreciate the magnificent view of the lake and the mountain. The shower and toilet is separate. A bottle of water is provided but you can also safely drink from the tap. There is a coffee machine (Nespresso) which has several coffee pods. The bed was comfortable, neatly set up and sheets are all clean. The food is a tray full of a wide array of continental breakfast which they will serve at your room between 815am to 10am. You can then enjoy breakfast with the beautiful view. They gave me a slice of almond cake for me birthday which was really nice of them. 😊 Overall, my stay was fantastic and would have wanted to extend. I left my heart in Hallstatt so will be back and would love to stay in Polreich again. ☺️

Clean room and nice balcony. A very nice location where you can see the beautiful view from the window of the room, and during breakfast, you can chose outside seating with a great view. The friendly staff (guys) working in the restaurant during the breakfast time were so much better compared to the staff who was working in the reception desk.
