Beautiful hotel in a great location for the slopes and just a 5 mins walk down to the centre of Kitzbuhel. The staff were all excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful. The food was great - wonderful choice at breakfast and great evening meals. The New Years Eve gala dinner and party was great fun. The wellness centre and pool is also very nice and wasn’t too busy. The ski and boot room is exceptionally good with plenty of space.

Location and the actual building were amazing. Very cozy restaurant area. Staff during our evening meals were friendly. The evening meals were very delicious. (Thankfully we arrived before fish week started with a limited menu). Easy drive to the Hahnenkammbahn. Hotel was in a lovely quiet location with plenty of parking.
Fantastic breakfast, actually the best on our trip. The breakfast staff were pleasantly withdrawn but very attentive. Prosecco on arrival witch was nice after a long drive from Croatia <3 The swimming pool on the roof top that we had (almost) completely to ourselves was also an amazing experience. Cozy restaurant with a little bit of a classy vibe, which is sometimes nice(the salmon had potential). Perfect for sharing a bottle of wine and have some drinks.

Communication with city apart was really easy, quick answers! Apartment was clean, beds are good.
Location: around 5 min walking to restaurants and bars. Supermarket around the corner. Around 15 min walk to the Hahnenkammbahn. We rented a ski locker at the Hahnenkammbahn which is really a recommendation.
All and all we had a great stay!
Wonderful stay at well equipped apartment. Feeling like you came home. Apartment has big terrace with mountain view. Car can be be parked just in front (few steps). It's only 10 min. by foot to the city center and 20 min. by foot to Hahnenkammbahn. It's worth renting storage wardrobe (9 EUR/day) at Inter sport and not to carry all equipment to the house. Apartment itself is worth to come again. You have to keep in mind that keys could be collected in another village, 10 km away from Kitzbuchel.
Perfect location near Hahnenkammbahn. Pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Nice sauna. Convenient parking. Ski boot room to keep your equipment ready for the next ride.
Very handy location for centre & easy walk to Hahnenkammbahn gondola. Great little Italian restaurant underneath the apartment. Apartment has everything you would need for a short stay. Host left fruit & basics such as tea/coffee on arrival. Compact but well equipped.
Perfect position (8min walk to Hahnenkammbahn, 5min walk to Billa and city center).
Apartment equipped with everything required for a winter vacation (including ski storage space).
Breakfast super tasty and plentiful. Fresh eggs cooked to order every day. Less than 10-min walk to Hahnenkammbahn and the best ski room we've ever seen!
