The location was exceptional because we were in the middle of nearly all of the interesting things to do and see during our four day stay. The story of the recent restoration and renovation of the property was a testament to the love and compassion that the owners have for the property. The property is beautiful!

Location is perfect; right across the river from Innsbruck’s major attractions including the Golden Roof, the tower, St. James’s Cathedral, the Hofburg and Maria-Theresien-Straße. All are within a five minute walk. The multicoloured buildings are on the same side of the river just behind the hostel.
The locker was big enough to fit a small, carry-on suitcase in addition to all my other luggage.
The apartment is located in a historical house very close to the Golden Roof. The whole design and furbishing is incredible, we didn't expect it to be so modern in a historical house. There is a little kitchen with fridge, cooking and microwave oven.
Check-in and parking (with in/out privileges) were at a nearby hotel, about two blocks from the apartment. The apartment itself overlooked the Golden Roof - waking up and having a look down at it and the plaza, with the mountains visible behind it, was a really good view. The double windows really keep the noise in check, so we weren't bothered even with the singing/performances taking place outside. The rooms were large, as was the kitchen. We had plenty of space.
The location is central in the old town, besides the famous Golden Roof built by Emperor Maximilian in the year 1500 to celebrate his wedding. The apartment is easy to find and access. We liked the digital access, not requiring a key. The rooms are relatively spacious, clean and well furnished. We would have been happy to stay much longer.
The location is amazing, just down the street from the Golden Roofs. Everything is an easy walk and the resteraunt in the hotel is great. The rooms are a good size for being in the historic center and they are very modern and comfortable. The staff was helpful and they offer pro-rated parking nearby.
Right in the middle of the historical heart of Innsbruck, the apartment had windows that look out directly on the Golden Roof. It is a renovated 16th century building.
The localization is perfect, the facilities are super modern and the hotel aesthetics is amazing. The room view was also incredible, I could see the mountains and the Golden Roof, as well as the cute Altstadt buildings around. The shower was very nice, the bed very comfy as well.
The staff is super polite and friendly. We forgot a charger and the reception was well prepared and had a cable to lend to us.
In addition, the breakfast was delicious.
The bed was very comfortable and the location was fantastic; a block from the Golden Roof balcony and the Altstadt is something that I will cherish as a convenient feature about this hotel. Also, the proximity to the tram and bus stops were also very ideal for all the sightseeing I did. This hotel is also located near some outstanding quality restaurants and stores.
