The staff were very friendly and attentive. We arrived on a rest-day, yet the restaurant offered a 4-course dinner, which was made with local or home grown ingredients and was very flavorful. We liked the chefs approach very much. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and absolutely delicious too. The spa area offered many different saunas, pool area was peaceful.

We loved the room, the view, the food, the beer, the wine, the pool, the staff, the chill-out area, the air hockey table, and being on the doorstep of epic running trails, cycling routes, and climbing routes. Plus, the little touches (room chocolate, birthday cake) add that je ne sais quoi. This is our fourth trip to Hotel Neue Post; we love it and will keep coming back!

Our vacation in Zillertal was great! Great location (Bichl), good ski and the Hotel (Theresia) was excellent in every possible way: super-friendly, great hospitality! The staff attended to every need we had and made sure we know how to move in the area, explained in detail the ski options we had, ski-passes bought at the reception desk, great breakfast, really nice facilities / sauna / gym area / relax room etc., very clean and the half-board option proved to be ideal for us! The area has many ski resorts and gondolas and supports all tastes, as well as great accommodation, good accessibility via frequent ski buses and variety of lifts. Overall a very nice experience and we’ll be coming back for sure in Zillertal and especially in Hotel Theresia!!

Great location, right next to many bars and restaurants in the centre of Mayrhofen and only a few minutes walk to the Penkenbahn. There is a bus stop right outside if you need to get to Ahornbahn or anywhere further away.
The apartment was spacious, warm, clean and had great cooking facilities. The balcony was nice too.
The location of the apartment was super convenient. A short walk from the Ahornbahn, the village and the swimming pool and sauna complex. The owners were really helpful and everything had been well thought out to ensure maximum comfort. The apartment was really cosy, beds were comfortable and ski storage was on site. We would definitely go back.

Location was perfect:
peaceful but very close to many restaurants and Penkenbahn. Ahornbahn was not far either. Bakery next door to get fresh bread and croissants for a breakfast.
The host was very friendly and helpful. The facility was located 15 mins walk from the Penkenbahn and even closer to Ahornbahn so it is a great location for the skiing or snowboarding. The apartment was big enough for 2 people and equipped with small fridge, kettle and basic kitchen equipment. There was a separate entrance next to which was the parking spot. Mayrhofen is a lovely town from where it is easy to get to Hintertux or Zell am Ziller.
Great hotel. My room was cleaned every day and the towels and sheets changed daily too. Good location (7 mins walk from the train station) and 2 mins walk from Europahaus which is very handy if attending Altitude or snowbombing.
The ski bus is right outside and only takes a few minutes to Penkenbahn and Ahornbahn.
Breakfast was really nice and copious.

Host was very helpful, excellent communication. The apartment itself is great, lots of space, very clean and very close to the centre of town, the Ahornbahn lift was less than 5 mins walk, and the Penkenbahn lift wasn't much more.
It's a good value for the price. The hotel room was spacious and clean with a well equipped kitchen which is very handy to cook your own meals. The ski bus stop is a 2-minute walk from the hotel, very convenient to get to the Penkenbahn, Ahornbahn or Horbergbahn ski lifts by bus. The hosts are very nice, friendly and helpful.

Location is great - walking distance to Penken- and Ahornbahn, ski bus station right in front of the hotel (station: Jägerhof). Staff is very nice. Room was clean and spacious, great value for money! Breakfast was tasty although selection could be a bit bigger (no warm food like scrambled eggs). All in all I was super happy with my stay though, I could also leave my luggage after check out in the storage and go ski till my departure in the evening.
Breakfast was lovely, rooms are perfect, the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The sauna and steam room really helped to relax after a full day of skiing and the restaurant’s food is delicious, the hotel is located right next to Bruck n’Stadl which is a great après-ski bar and short walking distance from both Ahornbahn and Penkenbahn gondola’s.
The location of the hotel was perfect, a 1 minute walk in ski boots to the Penkenbahn made it very easy to access the slopes and a 3-4 minute walk to the Ahornbahn was also very easy. This also made access to bars/shops/restaurants very quick.
The apartment was very clean and well-appointed with a kitchen and balconies for each bedroom. Free access to the spa was also useful for ski recovery.
