A real gem in the heart of Palermo Hollywood, a great neighborhood with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. We got an amazing room at the top floor with a beautiful view and it was also really quite. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The staff at the reception (Cami & Adrian) were exceptional, so helpful and friendly, by far the best staff we have met on our trip!
This place is a gem. The house is so lovely with a lot of common space, generous rooms as well as a terrace and kitchen. You have everything you need and if you don't the staff will do their best to help you out. The breakfast is basic but very nice, with some bread, alfajor and juice/coffee. The capacity of the place is not so big, so it feels very family-like and not crowded at all. The rooms have AC. Location is on the edge of Palermo Hollywood very close to everything.
This location is great for Palermo Hollywood. Very close to great restaurants and coffee shops. Taking transportation is convenient too as there is a bus stop on the street from the front door, or even catching an Uber.
A very straight forward and clean apartment. Good kitchen facilities, comfortable bed. The addition of breakfast in local cafe was a nice surprise. The check in was easy and the staff were easily contactable by WhatsApp.

Location excellent , Palermo Hollywood is one of the best places you can ever stay in Buenos Aires. Full of restaurants and clubs nearby , metro few blocks away. The staff always friendly amicable and ready to help

Very good location in Palermo Hollywood area, right next to cafe's and restaurants around Fitz Roy, which is a very active area, but no excessive noise other than buses in the morning, but that's just city living. The apartment was a great value for the location, bus stop right next door but you can walk to many places from here. Modern and clean. Would definitely come back. The host even allowed us to store luggage for few hours on the return leg to BA for few hours, thanks !
