All... buffet breakfast, Yas beach and shuttle access, pool and most importantly the staff. A special mention to Mary who gave us an early check-in because we flew a 15 hour flight. I've stayed here before and will continue to book when in the Yas island area.

While I accept that early use of rooms are subject to availability, the check in process was incredibly long. I mean hours long. The staff were pleasant but come on now, check-in shouldn't be such a nightmare. The room was clean albeit with a crooked floor and intermittent drilling nearby. Due to upcoming events Park Inn and various other hotels swiftly bumped up their prices to astronomical levels so it was necessary to go to Dubai instead. A 400% increase seems outrageous and not befitting to the sentiment of fair hospitality for a half renovated 3-star hotel.
