Need a separate cashier for buying coins for shower otherwise you stay 20 minutes with all the people who purchase other services in same queue and it takes time, under the sun, it is never less then 15-20 min that is nonsense and spoil all experience from gbr beach. You pay for shower but you need to suffer for what you re paying. Public bathrooms doors in female bathroom most of them cannot be locked and in general need some renovation.
For example Kite Beach set or is absolutely perfect about everything. GBR beach need some improvements.

Great apartment! Everything is clean, comfortable, matches the photos. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, a large laundry room, replacement towels and linen. Stunning view from the window to the sea! It is also possible to use the pool and the beach. A few minutes walk from the promenade, a large Mall with restaurants and grocery stores.
Breakfast buffet was great and staff was very accommodating and responsive.
The beach was great and the pool was also amazing. The only comment would be for the hotel to make all seating at the pool inclusive of the stay.

I liked the location very close to the beach, but especially because it was in front of the metro stop. Also the building is very nice and the apartment was in the back so there was less noise from the street. There was a big pool available and the gym. The apartment was clean with a big common area where to work or just chill.

I like the property as its nearby the beach but if the management itself is not accommodating specially on this time of the year where Christmas celebration is happening then no point of booking this hotel ever again!
I had a fantastic stay at The First Collection Marina Hotel in Dubai. The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach and Marina attractions. The highlight of my stay was the excellent service from the staff, especially Soliman at reception, who went above and beyond to assist me and upgraded me to a room with an amazing view. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the well-maintained facilities. Highly recommended
Excellent location, large comfortable, clean rooms, outstanding breakfast at the hotel and nice sports bar/restaurant at hotel; rooftop infinity pool is great; perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Easy walk to many restaurants, bars, and the beach.
