The staff are great, friendly and accommodating to requests! Shout out to the kitchen who accepted to re heat our food hours after we ordered. Loved the breakfast at flavours restaurant, had a variety of foods and lovely staff. Thank you to Priya, Jesberuk and the rest of the team

Very good location, very close to Al Ain mall!
The rooms are surprisingly spacious which I liked the most because I have with me 3kids and they can freely roam around. The reception is very accommodating. The location is superb, just exact opposite of Al Ain Mall. Highly recommended for those who wants spacious area, they also have furnished kitchen area where you can prepare your meals.
Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We were actually given food and spa vouchers to use during our stay. The hotel was right next to Al Ain Mall and within a 10-minute drive of all attractions.
There was a steam room, jacuzzi and sauna. All three were amazing. Pool was nice and clean.
The breakfast buffet was nice.
we had a lovely stay, the suite was spacious & clean, the staff were very friendly. the hotel restaurant was superb. Al Ain mall was walking distance. it’s a very family friendly hotel.
Elhabashy Mohamed at reception was very helpful to get us our preferred accommodation (via a free upgrade). Friendly staff make us feel welcome. Buffet breakfast was one of the highlight of our stay. Al Ain Mall is just 5 min drive.
This apparthotel stands vis a vis Al Ain mall, the biggest one in Al Ain, with an ice rink inside. Not far from the bus station and main street with town buses. The rooms are spacious, with a lot of air, proper furniture, good Wi-Fi, English lg tv channels and comfy bed. Mr Mohammed Ponir, the receptionist is a very kind and friendly man, and he Has a rarity - a guidebook with a good map of Al Ain. Mohammed, thank you.
