Some lack of organization or lack of any urgency. I understand check in is at 3 but literally had us wait until 3 before they would check us in. Then the people beh8nd us asking about a room were told 'we don't know if anything is available bc I don't have the housekeeping sheets back. You'll have to wait.' I would have walked and never returned. Have a housekeeping manager update you at 2pm so tou can organize the front desk. No way to operate a HOSPITALITY business.
The place was quiet and convenient for our event in the area.

Quirky room, not generic. Room and bathroom were excellent size. Very clean. Good choice of complimentary breakfast. Staff were friendly & helpful.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
The hotel was in a perfect location. They also offered a happy hour in the lobby, which was a nice surprise. Lots of food options in the area for dinner. The room was great for three people two bedroom two bathroom. Staff friendly at check in and check out and especially at happy hour.
A bunch of us stayed here for an early Thanksgiving family reunion. The rooms were spacious and had clean kitchen facilities. The opportunity for rooms with a second area was very helpful for the families who had little ones. The breakfast was good and a convenient way to start our day. We also rented out the meeting room for an evening of take out dinner which worked out great. Staff members were consistently friendly and helpful. Shout out to Muhammed who took a fabulous family photo for us!
We were going to Niagara falls and we found location to be really good. 25min - 30min drive to the falls. The hotel is good, clean, we found the room very confortable. :)
They have a book in reception with good choices for dinner in the city.
I had a great stay at Hampton Inn Buffalo on our way back from Niagara Falls to the Buffalo airport. The hotel's location is convenient, offering free parking, spacious rooms, a laundry room, and a lovely pool. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It made our stopover truly enjoyable!
The room was poor quality. The AC was not working. Washroom toilet tank was broken. No fridge was I the room. I left the hotel and didn't stay there and book Quality Inn for same night. I request to refund my payment. I will appreciate if some one call me my PH: 905-931-4119.
The pictures show was different then actual facility. I have my 14 month daughter and 80 years old mother and wife they refuse to stay in Motal 6
